Order
The trial version and registered version have identical functions. However, the trial version is subject to certain limitations. For instance, the unregistered ZOOZOZ iOS System Recovery allows you to fix your device using the Free Quick Fix mode, but Standard Mode and Advanced Mode are not accessible. As a registered user, you can utilize all three repairing modes without any restrictions, in addition to being eligible for free lifetime upgrades and full technical support from us.

If you finish all of the payment, then the details of your order such as ID, Registration code and E-mail address will be sent by payment platform very soon.
If you mistakenly place an order twice, there’s no need to worry. Simply reach out to our support team and provide your order ID or other relevant information. Our sales team will help you verify the duplicate order and process a refund for it promptly upon confirmation.
If you install it on your computer and use it for a while, then the answer is No. And if there something wrong with our product that our team can’t solve it, then we will consider to give you a refund according to our Refund Policy.
PAYMENT
You are supported to purchase product by payment methods of Avangate, Digital, PayPal through Visa/Euro/MasterCard card, Discover, American Express, JCB, etc.
Kindly ensure that the email address you submitted is the same one you used initially. If you paid through PayPal, please note that e-checks are not an instant payment method and may take 3-5 days to clear. Once the payment has cleared, PayPal will notify us, and we will send you the license code without delay.
To ensure the security of your credit card information, please enter the precise billing address that matches your credit card statement. Note that your middle name and initial are not required and can be omitted.
We offer two solutions to customers who have accidentally purchased the wrong product:
- If you wish to keep the wrong product, we can provide you with a 20% discount on the correct product. Please contact us to set this up.
- Alternatively, you may contact ZOOZOZ Support to exchange the wrong product for the correct one. However, please note that any price difference between the two products must be fully taken into account. If the correct product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If it is less expensive, the price difference will not be refunded.
DELIVERY
If you accidentally receive the wrong product, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Visit the official website of the product and download the trial version of the program on your computer.
- Install the program and check if it works as expected.
- If the trial version works, please contact us and provide your purchasing information. We will then send you the correct registration code for the product.
Before registering the product, please make sure that you have purchased the correct product. Double-check that the registration code is entered correctly, without any spaces or typos. It’s important to ensure that you’ve selected the correct product version – Windows or Mac – as they are separate. If you still encounter issues after verifying the above, please contact our support team for assistance.
The answer is No. the shipping method can’t be changed after you submit your order. The system of any agency is not supported to change the delivery method.

Once you submit your query, our support team will get back to you within 24 hours (during working days) or 48 hours (during weekends).
It will take 3~7 working days for refund money on your same account normally.
ZOOZOZ software offers a free trial version with limited features so that you can evaluate it before making a purchase. If you find that the software meets your needs, you can buy the license code to access all the full functionalities. After purchasing, you will receive the Registration Code via email within minutes.
If you install the software on another computer, the license code will become invalid. Each license code is restricted to a single computer, which means that if you wish to use the software on a new device, you will need to purchase a new license code from ZOOZOZ.
