ZOOZOZ places utmost importance on our customers and is devoted to creating user-friendly software solutions for every mobile user through our products and services. We offer free trial versions of all our software, with usage limits that provide sufficient services for customers to try before purchasing the full version. We highly encourage our customers to take advantage of the trial versions to ensure that the software they choose is the right fit for their needs and to avoid any unnecessary purchases.
In order to deliver the best products and services, ZOOZOZ offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee that applies to specific circumstances. This guarantee is part of our ‘try-before-you-buy’ system, and refunds are only granted during the guarantee period if the circumstances listed below are met. Please note that if a purchase falls outside of the specified money-back-guarantee period or the accepted circumstances, no refunds will be issued.
Accepted circumstances for refunds within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee include:
- Technical issues preventing proper product functionality
- Failure to receive the product or service in a timely manner
- Misrepresentation or false advertising leading to customer dissatisfaction with the product or service.
ZOOZOZ typically does not offer refunds or exchanges in the following situations, as ZOOZOZ provides a free trial version for customers to try before purchasing:
Non-technical Circumstances:
- Customer dissatisfaction with the product’s function due to failure to read the product description before purchase. We highly recommend that all customers read the product description and try the free trial version before making a purchase. Note: ZOOZOZ does not offer refunds if the product fails to meet customer needs due to a lack of understanding of the product’s functions and capabilities. However, ZOOZOZ will exchange the purchased product for the correct product outright, with the price difference, within the guarantee period. If the exchanged product is of a lower price, ZOOZOZ will not refund the price difference.
- Failure to receive a registration code after a successful order. Generally, the registration code will be automatically sent within one hour, but there may be delays due to email spam settings, internet issues, etc. In such cases, please contact ZOOZOZ Support Team, and we will retrieve the registration code for customers as soon as possible, within 24 hours.
- Purchase of the wrong product, followed by the purchase of the correct product from another company.
- A refund request due to credit card fraud or other unauthorized payment. As ZOOZOZ cooperates with an independent payment platform, it’s impossible to monitor authorization during payment. In such cases, we recommend that customers contact their card issuers if there is fraud. We cannot accept a refund request. However, ZOOZOZ will exchange the purchased product for one the customer would like.
- Price differences for ZOOZOZ products between different regions or between ZOOZOZ and other companies.
- Incompatibility with the operating system after purchase. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded for this reason. ZOOZOZ highly recommends that customers try the software before making a purchase.
- Refund requests due to price changes or purchases made during promotional campaigns.
- A customer has a ‘change of mind’ after purchase.
Technical Circumstances:
- If customers encounter technical difficulties, they are expected to cooperate with ZOOZOZ Support Team by providing detailed information, screenshots, and files. We cannot allow a refund request if customers refuse to cooperate or refuse to try the solutions provided by ZOOZOZ.
- Refund requests for technical problems after the software has been updated, if the order exceeds 30 days.
After a refund has been processed, the license corresponding to the software will be deactivated. Therefore, it is important to take the following steps:
If you downloaded the software version: uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
If you purchased the disc version: destroy the disc and then uninstall the software from your computer.
Please note that these actions will help ensure that you are no longer using the software and will prevent any future use of the deactivated license.
